Seven-year-old Albert (Haley Joel Osment) is orphaned when his mom dies tragically in a car accident. So, Harriet (Whoopi Goldberg), who's Albert's godmother, takes him into her own home to raise him. Unbeknownst to her, Albert also brings along a friend -- an imaginary French guardian angel named Bogus (Gerard Depardieu). Mon Dieu! Directed by Norman Jewison, the film co-stars Nancy Travis.
