Emmy nominee Gregory Hines stars in this made-for-TV biopic as Bill "Bojangles" Robinson, the legendary dancer who worked his way up from vaudeville to headline both Broadway shows and classic Hollywood films. Robinson earned more money than any African American performer of his time but died penniless in the wake of a devastating gambling addiction. Kimberly Elise co-stars as Robinson's wife, Fanny May.
