When Kishan (Rishi Kapoor) travels to the village of Chamba to reopen his father's factory, he meets and falls in love with a lovely country girl named Radha (Juhi Chawla). Kishan returns to his family to report the good news -- only to find that an imposter has taken his place! As Kishan's new love awaits him back in her village, the situation at home becomes tense. Now Kishan must fight to maintain his true identity.
