Anthony "Blest" Campo (Mark Webber) and his "tagging" crew are the Van Goghs of street artists and heirs to the mantle of Jean-Michel Basquiat, which makes them a big target for Bobby Cox and his hard-charging NYPD Vandal Squad. When a fatal accident threatens to scatter Blest's crew, it convinces the young Rembrandt that it might be wise to skip town ... for good. Jaclyn DeSantis and Gano Grills co-star and Adam Bhala Lough directs.
