Casual tai chi students may not realize that mastering the art has an unusual side effect: It turns a warrior's hair white by age 30 and raises the timbre of his voice. And that's how challengers know that snow-haired villain Chief Chin (Carter Wong) is practically invincible. Nevertheless, students from the Lei Ping kung-fu school -- along with a young woman seeking to avenge her father's death -- hope to find Chin's fatal weakness.
