Remanded to reform school, Tommy must adjust to his new surroundings and harsh treatment from prison guards. Released in 1939, this suspenseful crime drama from Monogram Pictures co-stars Grant Withers, Lillian Elliott, Ben Welden and Pat Flaherty.
