Thieving young lovers Fideo (Nicolas Cabre) and Panta (Luis Quiroz) dream of fleeing the tough streets of Buenos Aires for the promised land of the United States, but some corrupt local cops have other plans for the boys. Led by the vindictive Officer Sosa (Enrique Liporace), the police stay hot on the trail of the two, who come ever closer to scrounging enough money to buy a car that will deliver them from their desperate lives in Argentina.
