A violent domestic incident lands a battered woman named Jimmy (Bridget Fonda) in the hospital. She wakes up to find her money stolen, her cheating husband dead and the police questioning her as a suspect. But even as one detective (Kiefer Sutherland) tries his best to protect her, another detective (Steven Weber) swears she's guilty. On the run from the cops, Jimmy begins to wonder if her husband is actually dead -- or if it's all just a dream.
