When Chicago cop Cornelius Morgan (Dean Cain) stops by a mall on Christmas Eve to give his wife, Cat (Erika Eleniak) -- who works there -- a bouquet of flowers, he happens upon a robbery that rapidly turns into a hostage situation. Without his badge and gun, Morgan must take down Jimmy Scalzetti (Eric Roberts), who is trying to get his hands on $12 million. Charles Robert Carner writes and directs this made-for-television film.
