Brides of Blood

In this second film in the Blood Island trilogy, the indigenous chiefs of Blood Island are kidnapping young virgins who will be sacrificed to the chiefs' god, The Evil One. Coincidentally, some scientists are visiting the island as part of their search for mutant life forms. When the scientists learn of the intended sacrifice, they battle the chiefs and The Evil One in order to save the virgins … and, eventually, the world.
