When a schoolteacher accuses Arjun (Anil Kapoor) of rape -- in revenge for him thwarting her romantic overtures -- Arjun's brother, Dharamraj (also played by Anil Kapoor), who rules over their small town in India, must decide his fate and proper punishment. The situation is all too similar to when Dharamraj's nephew, Jaggan (Shakti Kapoor), was proven guilty of raping a village girl 18 years ago. Rama Rao Tatineni directs.
