In this installment of the action-thriller series, valiant adventurer Bulldog Drummond (John Howard) discovers a severed hand filled with a highly explosive substance, and all fingers point to the evil Draven Nogais (Frank Puglia). With his faithful servant, Tenny (E.E. Clive), fiancée, Phyllis Claverling (Louise Campbell), and Col. Neilson (John Barrymore) by his side, Drummond chases spies who are after British bomb secrets.
