Cesar Montano doubles as director and star in this action-packed yarn from the Philippines. Montano plays the titular Bullet, whose superior sharp-shooting skills come in handy after he and his cousin witness a vicious gangland murder. With the killers stalking the two eyewitnesses, they find a confederate in Mabel (Sunshine Cruz), an undercover cop tasked with infiltrating the notorious gang's operations.
