When a top secret American supertank -- codename Thunderblast -- is hijacked by guerilla forces on the Mexican border, it's Frank "Bulletproof" McBain (Gary Busey) to the rescue in this gripping action thriller. Little does our hero know that he'll face an all-star terrorist team of Mexicans, Nicaraguans, Cubans, Libyans and Soviets. But his biggest foe may be Lt. Shepard (Darlanne Fluegel), leader of the ambushed squad … and McBain's old flame.
