When his favorite rapper is murdered, loser Bob Whipple (Esteban Powell) becomes the not-so-super hero The Whip, whose motto is "Evil people are evil." Bob's biggest feat is helping his high school girlfriend Ann (Joey Lauren Adams) save some rabbits from an animal testing lab. But when Ann is kidnapped, Bob has to play the hero for real. Rebecca Gayheart, Ike Barinholtz ("Mad TV") and 2001 Playboy Playmate of the Year Brande Roderick co-star.
