When his do-nothing, platitude-spouting manager goes back on a promise to promote him, worker-bee bureaucrat Roger Van Gundy (Jack Robinson) hatches a scheme to kill the idle man, then take over his position and the salary that goes with it. But as Roger puts his plan into motion, it quickly becomes entangled in a mountain of red tape. Mark Perreault directs this independent drama that co-stars David Simon and Kaitlyn Black.
