With the help of his adopted son, Bobbie (Frankie Darro), fearless race-car driver "Burn 'Em Up" Barnes (Jack Mulhall) tries to stop racetrack owner Drummond (Jason Robards) from swindling Marjorie (Lola Lane) out of her supposedly valueless land, which is really worth millions in oil. Full of racing stunts, fights and cliffhangers, this action-packed 1930s serial offers nonstop entertainment from start to finish.
