Burning Wall

  (2002)
Hava Kohav Beller's documentary examines dissent within East Germany before the fall of the Berlin Wall. Despite being subject to government surveillance and made to endure psychological warfare from the secret police force known as the Stasi, opponents of the totalitarian state saw their numbers continue to swell. Candid interviews with former dissidents and Stasi agents reveal the events leading up to the regime's collapse in 1989.
