After Meg's gang of girl mercenaries breaks up, she and Jo vow to bring down the monster who left one of the team in critical condition. The cowardly criminal stalks the streets, preying only on the weak, and the girls are hungry for revenge. This feature-length anime film contains plenty of high-octane action as the group goes all out to get the justice they desire.
