After transforming her look into a femme and still not getting the part, struggling lesbian actress Jamie (Michelle Ehlen) pumps ups her butch factor and lands a male role. Problem is, everyone on set thinks Jamie's a man, including a very seductive young starlet. In order to keep her part in the film, Jamie must continue to fool cast and crew into believing she's all man in this twist on Dustin Hoffman's classic role as Tootsie.
