Mistake-prone mobster Blackjack Belducci (Danny Fendley) has run afoul with the guys upstairs. But thanks to the intervention of the family crime boss, rather than being whacked, Blackjack's sent down to a backwater burg in the deep South to run a money-laundering scam at a flea market. Little does the hapless gangster realize that the deceit, deception and corruption of Manhattan don't hold a candle to that of Mason County, Ga.
