Young Lukas Bienmann (Zachary Bennett) journeys from Prussia to Canada in this family adventure tale set in the late 1800s. After his home life is shattered, Lukas embarks on an epic odyssey to reunite with his father in the Americas. Along the way, the lad is chased by a killer, befriends a baron's daughter (Gema Zamprogna) and lives among North American Indians in the wild Canadian frontier.
