Set in Tehran, this touching film centers on the hopes and heartaches of three women: Café owner Fariba (Afsaneh Bayegan) supports her leech of a husband; Saloomeh (Hanie Tavassoli) can't decide if her boyfriend is marriage-worthy; and Moluk (Roya Taymourian) falls for a younger man. Filmmaker Saman Moghaddam interweaves these three bittersweet tales of modern Iranian women struggling with less-than-ideal romantic situations.
