The life story of legendary Mississippi blues guitarist-singer Robert Johnson (1911-1938) is told through a mix of new interviews, old footage and vintage recordings in this award-winning documentary narrated by Danny Glover. Kevin Moore (who records as Keb Mo) appears as Johnson in narrated reenactments as the film follows the brief yet highly influential career of the musician many know as the king of the Delta blues.
