The crustily charismatic William Conrad stars as Frank Cannon, a penthouse-dwelling private eye and gourmet cook who chases down bad guys through the streets of Los Angeles in his majestic Lincoln Continental. The debut season of this beloved early-1970s detective series -- whose portly, epicurean hero went strongly against the grain of the typical PI protagonist -- features guest appearances by Vera Miles, Kim Hunter and Roy Scheider.
