CIA agent Jarrid Maddox (Don "The Dragon" Wilson) sometimes experiences psychic visions, or "hunches" -- the result of secret experiments carried out on him as a child. Now he's been assigned to find the five anti-government spies who were also part of that experiment. Agent Vicky Taylor (Alexander Keith) is helping him, but their targets keep dying. Cult movie legend Barbara Steele co-stars as Maddox's superior officer.
