Based on the wacky early-1960s television sitcom, this film is a madcap look at the boys in blue careering around the less-than-mean streets of Gotham while trying to control the craziness inside and outside the station house. David Johansen, Daniel Baldwin, Fran Drescher, "Grandpa" Al Lewis, Rosie O'Donnell and Nipsey Russel star. A rash (we mean that literally!) of cameos include The Ramones, Penn & Teller and Tone Loc.
