Charter pilot Chuck Taylor (Miles O'Keefe) unwittingly smuggles drugs into the country for the Cartel -- and gets nailed for it! Unjustly imprisoned for the crime, Taylor finds himself in a cell with the notorious drug lord Tony King (Don Stroud). Mutual loathing ignites a battle between the two men, and King has Taylor's sister murdered. When Taylor's finally released, he hunts down the Cartel, taking justice into his own hands.
