Though the small animation house's products weren't as well known as those of their counterparts at Disney and Warner Bros., the Van Beuren Studio rendered some of the most fascinating cartoons of the 1930s. This compilation from the "Rainbow Parade" and "Odd and Outrageous" series contains 21 'toons, including "Bold King Cole," "The Goose That Laid the Golden Egg" (both featuring a talking Felix the Cat) and "Toonerville Trolley."
