Pat Bogan (Mimi Rogers) has just started a job as the manager of a mine when tragedy strikes -- a piece of equipment tears down a wall by accident, enabling a torrent of freezing water to come rushing in. Now, Pat, along with her husband (Ted Shackelford), her son and four other workers, must rely on outside assistance, including Pat's retired father, to save them from certain death.
