An abandoned Swiss mine thick with emeralds is the focal point of this made-for-cable creature feature starring Christopher Atkins and Colm Meaney. Drafted to lead a small group looking to cash in on the precious gems, eminent spelunker John Palmer (Atkins) packs up the family and heads to Switzerland. But the subterranean quest turns nightmarish when the treasure hunters find themselves under attack by a prehistoric species lurking in the dark.
