When conjoined twin Vivian kills her sister Dotty's husband in cold blood after discovering his aspirations to have the siblings separated, the courts are forced to decide if they should punish both sisters for the actions of one. Real-life conjoined twins Violet and Daisy Hilton star in director Harry L. Fraser's exploitation melodrama, which rumor has it, was inspired by Mark Twain's "Those Extraordinary Twins."
