American tourist Alex (Kimberley Kates) finds herself in a nightmare of a Czechoslovakian prison in this sequel. While visiting Prague, Alex is wrongly accused and thrown into a prison run by a sadistic warden (Brigitte Nielsen) and her evil assistant (Jana Svandova). Forced into a prostitution ring, Alex survives with help from a fellow prisoner and a transvestite. Meanwhile, Alex's sister tries desperately to secure her sibling's release.
