With China in the midst of a civil war, a clever kingpin is supplying arms to both sides -- and is making a fortune in the process. Determined to break up the crime ring, Captain Lu (Tao-Liang Tan) enlists the help of gambler Wang Tao (Don Wong) and his girlfriend, who has strong ties to the infamous weapons smuggler. Tso Nam Lee directs this follow-up flick to the action-thriller The Hot, The Cool and The Vicious.
