Seetha Rama Raju (Nagarjuna) was going nowhere in life until his world was turned upside down upon pulling the beautiful Chandra (Ramya Krishnan) from a car wreck. When Chandra's parents show up to the hospital and find their daughter in a coma, Seetha claims to be her groom. But in a cruel twist, Chandra is in a vigil coma, which allows her to hear and see everything but prevents her from communicating with her family.
