On the cusp of his 30th birthday, Adam (Dylan Walsh) plunges into depression when his first novel is rejected by his sultry boss at a publishing house. During this midlife crisis, Adam details his regrets and failures in a notebook, which his friend Jane (Laurel Holloman) steals and passes off to a publisher. Suddenly, Adam finds himself lauded as the voice of his generation in this surprising comedy directed by Aaron Mendelsohn.
