This uproarious farce stars Jack Benny as Oxford University student Lord Fancourt "Babbs" Babberly, who goes to extremes to help his friends Jack Chesney (James Ellison) and Charley Wyckham (Richard Haydn) win the hearts of their two lady friends. To entertain the young ladies in their quarters, Jack and Charley need a chaperone, a role Babbs fills by dressing in drag and masquerading as Charley's aunt -- but the charade soon gets out of hand.
