Following a tragic car accident that claims the life of her beloved mother, precocious 12-year-old Casey (Jordy Benattar) finds solace in the relationship she develops with her charismatic grandfather, Charlie (Tom Bosley). When Charlie learns that he has a limited time to live after suffering a massive heart attack, he takes it upon himself to teach Casey about the beauty and fragility of life. David Weaver directs this poignant family drama.
