Cher stars as a runaway hitchhiker in this drama written and produced by Sonny Bono. Bent on leaving her sordid past behind and starting anew, Chastity (Cher) hitchhikes across America in search of true love and a place to call home. The gutsy gal fights off lecherous men and eventually takes refuge in Diana Midnight's (Barbara London) bordello, but hits the road again when it becomes clear that Midnight wants more than friendship.
