This Emmy Award-winning drama series views the horrors of the Vietnam War as it unfolds in the late 1960s through the eyes of the medics and nurses who tend to the sick, wounded and dying. At the show's center is nurse Colleen McMurphy (Dana Delany). She's trying desperately to cling to her humanity even as she faces brutality and the less-obvious casualties of war every single day. Co-stars Nan Woods, Marg Helgenberger and Michael Boatman.
