One of the most expensive Bollywood epics ever made, China Gate is India's homage to The Seven Samurai and The Magnificent Seven. Ten former army officers court-martialed in disgrace see a way to redeem themselves in their plans to rescue a village from an evil bandit named Jageera (Mukesh Tiwari). Indian matinee idols Om Puri and Amrish Puri star; Anu Malik provides the score; and Vanraj Bhatia contributes traditional and background music.
