When beautiful cop Lori "China" O'Brien (played by champion kickboxer Cynthia Rothrock) uses her considerable martial-arts skills to kill someone in self-defense, she vows never to put her fighting abilities to use again. China leaves the police force and returns to her hometown, only to find that things aren't as they used to be: A local mob boss has had her father murdered; now China must exact revenge.
