Led by enthusiastic trainer Christi Taylor, these three workouts combine fun and fitness. "Happy Hour" offers high/low aerobic dancing, along with ab work and stretches; "Stepping Zone" combines a powerful step workout with abdominal exercises and a stretch; and "Strength, Balance & Flexibility" works the whole body as you move through strength training, balancing exercises and stretches. Hand weights are required for the last workout.
