In these three features from 1946, the Kid finds adventure and romance on the California frontier. The Kid solves a stagecoach robbery in The Gay Cavalier, befriends a rich mademoiselle (Ramsay Ames) in Beauty and the Bandit and gets wrapped up in an explosive land dispute in South of Monterey.
