Life on the mean streets can be murder … literally. In this action-packed flick, only one man can safeguard the innocent from the criminals running amok: Ray (MC Kung Fu), aka the City Dragon, who can outmuscle all challengers. Along with his two pals ("Philthy" Phil Phillips and John Williams), Ray cruises the streets to right wrongs and mete out justice. But the righteous trio gets more than they bargained for when they hit a local club.
