In true Hong Kong style, action stars Chow Yun-Fat and Ti Lung play a couple of cops on the run from Tsui Siu-Keung (Norman Chu), the crazed, drug-dealing crime lord they sent to prison a decade ago. One of the partners has already met his fate at the hand of the crime lord's henchmen in this Sun Chung-directed adventure. Now the other man must protect himself and his family from the nefarious drug dealer.
