David (Daniel Wu) and Susie (Nicola Cheung) come together to make arrangements after his father, Raphael (Leon Lai), and her mother, Vivian (Qi Shu), are killed in a car crash. Soon they begin to learn surprising truths about their parents and their families' histories. Reunited years after being torn apart, college sweethearts Raphael and Vivian had reconnected as lovers, despite the fact that they were both married with children.
