Class of 1999

Alarmed by the ongoing deterioration of urban schools, the government inserts a cadre of lifelike cyborg teachers into one of the country's worst schools to test their effectiveness in eradicating the "bad apples" from the system. But when discipline spirals into corporal punishment and eventually murder, a war erupts between the school's countless gangs and the seemingly indestructible members of the faculty.
