After unfairly losing his title, tae kwon do world champ Kim Seung-Hyun (Jun Lee) winds up cage fighting in Vegas. But when his wife dies while giving birth in Korea, Kim returns to raise his daughter and finds work as a cop in this martial arts actioner. Years later, he loses his job and returns to illegal fighting -- but this time, he's blackmailed, his daughter's life is at stake, and a woman from his past reappears. Steven Seagal co-stars .
