During the Vietnam War, former professional football player Jim Brandon (Robert Conrad) is seriously wounded and paralyzed. Now confined to a wheelchair, Jim tries to get back into the world of football by coaching kids at a juvenile correctional facility. Even though he is up for a challenge, can Jim turn these hard-to-reach, unmotivated and undisciplined teenagers into a team?
